I’ve had the implant for 4 years (on my second implant) and my periods are very irregular. In the time I’ve had the implant, I’ve had maybe 10-11 periods, all varying in length... anywhere from 1 day to 2-3 weeks (which the 2-3 weeks has only happened like 3 times). The longest I’ve gone without a period, with the exception of brief spotting, was a year. And, it’s currently been several months since my last period.

I’ve only been on it for about 3 months so it’s irregular. After 6 months it should get better
