Need advice..

So my boyfriend and I have been together for a little over a year and a half.. he can be super nice and sweet.. sometimes.. other times he's very selfish. Idk if it's bc he was an only child but he really only takes his time/feelings into consideration most of the time.. I will have to wait around a lot bc he doesn't plan ahead so when he tells me a time it's usually a effortless guess. Everything is on his time also like he always picks the time we hang out. When we pick activities to do he will usually get his way. Basically it all comes back to being selfish. Idk what to do.. I love him so much & everytime I feel like leaving he gets all lovey & makes me a priority for about a week then it fades back to normal & I feel like all the little things are adding up. Any advice?😢😥
