What do you keep in your diaper caddy?

What items are a must for your diaper caddy- both for the nursery and for one you keep downstairs/portable?

Wipes, cream, diapers, grocery bags (to put dirty diapers in and throw away, and sometimes a spare change of clothes

wet wipes, medicated and non medicated cream, exzema cream just in case anything breaks out and knot sucker (booger sucker) sea salt specialty bab nose spray

Spare outfit, spare blanket, wipes, ointment, diapers, wipes, roll of plastic bags for dirty diapers, finger nail clippers, thermometer, nose Frieda.

Diapers and wipes. That's it lol we've never needed more than that. That's pretty much all we carry in my purse as well. Then of course in her bedroom/bathroom, we have various medications, thermometer, diaper rash cream (although we've only used this once in her 19 months of life), baby powder (talc free by Burt's Bees), lotion, etc. But we never carry any of that anywhere. Not even downstairs lol they're rarely used. Babies really don't need much.

For my nursery we have: wipes, diapers, diaper cream (several different kinds for different purposes), baby bum brush (diaper cream spatula), Ear thermometer, Nosefrida, diaper bags for solid/smelly diapers, and lotion. 
Downstairs we have: diapers, baby bum brush, only one type of diaper cream (Angel Baby), and a spare pair of pants/socks
