Can anyone help

So this month I had bleeding 8 days after my period it was like mucas and blood put together and was only for like hour then last week I got really ranging cramp like pains it proper hurt on my lady parts and was uncomfortable to walk that was for couple hours and today I've been seriously bloated like my stomach proper stuck out and I'm a big girl so nothing unusual but I actually got asked if I was pregnant my stomach was out that much but I did a test 11am this morning and came back negative tbh my period not meant to come until Thursday but thought fuck it I'll check I was wondering has anyone ever felt like this before?
