stretch marks on boobs

I’m 15, almost 16, and I have lots of stretch marks on my boobs. My boobs aren’t even that big and the marks are very noticeable. I know that it is common but all of my friends do not have them and it makes me a little self conscious. Is there any way to help get rid of them?
