This is my second pregnancy, my daughter will be 2 in March. Just found out about Baby #2 today! Based on my last period, I’m 4 weeks.
As for advice...do lots of kegels! I had no tears when I delivered my daughter, she popped right out. And keep doing them after giving birth.
