Most of my pregnancy apps say babies can hear at 16 weeks. They develop their ears earlier on, but cant use them until 16 weeks.

Definitely week 27! It will be muffled since they’re in the womb but starting last week, our baby will start kicking when she hears my voice and my husband’s when she wake up in the morning! It’s the cutest thing ever!
