Could I be pregnant?

I noticed the past two days my male cat constantly kneads my stomach when I lay down then lays on me. Occasionally in the past he would knead my arm or leg but he’s done it to my belly a lot in the past two days. My fiancé and I have had him since he was a kitten and have a good relationship all around with our cat. I’m not pregnant yet that I know of, but with this new action I’m wondering if maybe I am? Or maybe I’m just getting pudgy and he’s making himself comfy... anyone else with a similar experience?
