Successful VBAC?

Sooo my husband decided he wants to have another baby and I’ve had baby fever for months so I am over the moon about this 🥰.

Our babe now is 15 months. He’ll be 2 in September and I think I want to wait until summer to ttc because I ended up needing a c-section for my son. This time around, I really want a VBAC if I can. My OB told me to wait 2 years to have optimal chances for a successful VBAC. I don’t know if that’s 2 years between births or 2 years between pregnancies? Have any of you had a successful VBAC? And how long between births were you able to do it?!
