First time mom

Hi! So I'm okay with after I have the baby because I have helped raise my baby sister and 2 cousins after their parents passed away. However I'm stumped on what to watch out for during my pregnancy and other things. Any tips or things you wish someone would've told you are welcome! I'm doing my best not to stress but I have not been to dr yet as I just found out 3 days ago I'm pregnant and I have to apply for insurance and such. Tips are appreciated. Thank you in advance!
