New birth control- no period???

So I have been taking a birth control (trinessa) and I had sex. I was suppose to get my period two days after. But as I was getting my new pack they don’t make my BC anymore so I had to switch to a new one. So I took a plan-B just Incase and started the new BC. (The condom broke) but I haven’t gotten my period. I have gotten brown blood. (I usually get brown blood before my period) so I thought I’m good. Took a pregnancy test one week later and said negative. Still taking new BC. My breasts are also tender and that usually happens a week or two before my new period starts. Should I be very concerned?? Please give me thoughts I’m scared and I did take many precautions.
