Yup had sex once 3 or 4 days before ovulation and I am now currently almost 11weeks along :)

After 18 months of trying ... and stressing ... I took a month “off”. Said I didn’t want to think about it for a while. 
Since I was travelling for work, we only had sex once within my ovulation window. Didn’t even really realize it was around ovulation until I looked back on the dates. 
I didn’t even really realize I had missed my period until my husband told me he thought I was pregnant. I was 3 days late by then. 
Currently almost 10 weeks along. 
This is extremely rare and I know how much everyone hears “it’ll happen when you just stop trying” ... that’s the worst right after you’ve just gotten ANOTHER BFN!!! 
Although it truly only takes that one time to fertilize an egg, your chances increase every time you do it in your ovulation window.
