how long does swelling after wisdom teeth removal?

I got all 4 wisdom teeth out 3 days ago and my face is so swollen. I’m not usually super confident about my face but this is making me sooo insecure and my anxiety is telling me that my face will look like this forever. how long does it last :( it’s not like this forever, right?

I got my wisdom teeth removed in June it took a week or so for mine to go down and luckily i just stayed home the entire time i think it should go down in about a week or so but it might be different depending on how you got them removed. But no matter what i think it should go down soon. I hope you heal well

Don’t worry it won’t stay like that forever. When I got mine out it took about a week for the swelling to go down. One tip that might be helpful is when you go to sleep try to elevate your head up using a couple of pillows! It helped some of the pain subside for me. Get lots of rest!!!
