Tubal pregnancy

Just found out I’m pregnant last week... went for blood test twice last week just found out today numbers are doubling but started out low first test 22 now 44 they won’t seem worried knowing numbers are doubling and I’m pretty early but now I’m worried I could have a tubal pregnancy... why I don’t know lol but I’m a paranoid freak. I’m also having what feels like air under my sternum and it’s very uncomfortable it’s going down to top of my stomach . Not horrible but uncomfortable
