Mucus plug?

I am 30 weeks today and I’ve been having horrible hip/lower back pain since Saturday, today it was more intense. I got big chunks of this when I wiped it’s thick and sticky. Could it be my mucus plug?

Just looks like discharge. The mucous plug usually has a brown or red tint to it

Looks like mucus plug to me. The way I describe the difference is mucus plug mucus is thick enough to hang wall paper with. Odd I know but it's a great way to describe how thick and sticky the stuff is

Might be a good idea to get checked out if you’re worried it does look like normal discharge but it’s better to get checked out then stress

That’s what mine looked like with my first baby! I literally took this same picture and showed it to my doctor to make sure lol
