Stress holds baby in V.S. relaxtion

Yawl.... I am 31+4 and was told today this baby is the biggest yet. Its my 3rd. Ultrasound tech says between 8-9 pounds. 😬 My other 2 were mid 7 pounds. They say if baby continues to grow big that they will offer me a c section... I don't want one. I want to try to induce labor early tho. I still start methods at 36 weeks... I READ THAT STRESS WILL ONLY HOLD BABY IN AND ITS RELAXATION THAT ACTUALLY BRINGS LABOR ON. I JUST DONT KNOW HOW IM GOING TO RELAX. im a stay at home mom and 2 kids 2&4 screaminhg n fighting over toys all day. Plus our lease is up in march and im house hunting. 😲💁🏼 #lordhavemercy
