hello ladies,

today was my first day of my period and it was heavy as always but the cramps were worse than ever. for two hours straight i experienced the worse cramps of my life i felt like i couldn’t walk. i finally made my way to the bathroom and immediately felt dizzy and nauseous. i felt like i was on the verge of passing out by thankfully did not. during a lot of this i felt out of breath. i have not experienced anything like this before and i have not been on birth control yet (i’m 19) but i’m seriously considering it bc i feel like i can’t go on doing my day to day things. Ibuprofen did help my cramps after an hour or so and my cramps for the most part go away usually till it wears off. i’m just not really sure if birth control would be a good option or not
