Twins or Not...Help!

I need a bit of advice. I was told that I was 9 weeks pregnant but today I had my first vaginal ultrasound and she said there's two and the baby is measuring 8 weeks but then she said she's about 70% sure it's twins. I have to do another ultrasound but not until later this week to confirm but I can't stop thinking about it tonight. What do u guys see?
