Can someone give me a time line and dayily schedule of when and how to start introducing food to a breastfeeding baby.

Start at 6 months. 
Always breastfeed baby first (it’s their main source of nutrition until 12 months). About 30-60 mins after nursing, offer food. Continue to breastfeed on demand. 
I’d start with solids once daily and then slowly increase. At first they won’t eat much. 
By 9 months my breastfed baby was eating three meals of food a day and still nursing on demand.

Once baby is sitting, 6 months, and has lost tongue thrust reflux you should be good to start solids. To start off just offer small portions. In case of allergies try new food for several days before moving onto something else.
