Can I ovulate without opk detecting serge?

I had a large amount of cm on Sunday and yesterday and today very light but opk showing low lh. There are two lines but second is quite faint. I'm testing 3 times a day so don't think I'm missing surge. Can I ovulate without the opk detecting the surge?
