Should be sleeping but all I can do is think about the fact that I made this!! ❤️

I went in last night at 8pm to start a medication to soften my cervix ( not dilate )

At 6am pitocin was started

At 8:30 AM dr broke my water contractions got extreme instantly.

8:40 Amber (my wife) made phone calls (to the ones who would be in the delivery room) within the hour I was getting an epidural.

15 minutes after the epidural I was already at a 10 and getting ready to push.

I went from a 2 to a 10 in an hour.

All in all I was only in active labor for 2 hours but it was by far the worst pain I could possibly imagine. It all went so fast no one was ready not even the nurses. 9 pushes and he was out. I did suffer 3, 2nd grade tears. I’m in pain but more than that I’ve found a new love.
