Flu season

Anyone else so anxious to be having a newborn in flu season? 😣 The flu has been horrible in my home town this year and has really hit babies and infants hard (worse than usual). My sister has four kids and brought them around me when they were sick last month and of course I got sick after being around them, it makes me worried she will be careless enough to bring them around when the baby comes as well. Of course we are going to ask people to not come if they are showing any signs of sickness and to wash their hands before touching baby and to not kiss him but I just have a feeling he will still catch something. I know I can't really do much more than that but just want to keep him in a bubble until spring 😂 can anyone relate?
