My sweet Emma Grace had her 15 month appointment today, and they confirmed what was previously suspected to be a lazy eye. Her doctor is having an optometrist contact me to schedule and appointment to start therapy sessions to help build strength in her eye to prevent any vision problems later down the road. Has anyone else had to do this? Did any kind of therapy help? Or fix the eye completely?

I’m freaking out obviously, all I can think about is how cruel kids are and how she will be teased when she goes to school 😔 she is my perfect girl and the thought of someone hurting her feelings because of her appearance just breaks my heart. 😭
