Of those women on here that have experienced bleeding so far in these early pregnancies: how many have had everything turn out fine so far? How many have miscarried or learned of problems? Or how many are still waiting to know for sure?

I'm 7 weeks today and I've read countless posts and comments about women bleeding. I know if you're bleeding heavily and having severe cramps, it could be signs of trouble. I've had one miscarriage and I remember very vividly. I went to the bathroom and had one bright red clot in the water and am now cramping. Just freaking out a little and wondering how everyone else was.
