My baby girl turned 1 month old yesterday. For the last several days she has been spitting up an excessive amount. Here's the thing though that's really confusing me, it only happens when she eats even she is awake. When she eats when she's asleep, she doesn't spit up.

When she's awake, I try to keep her upright while she's eating and for at least a half hour after. I burp her every 5-7 minutes and the spitting up continues. This morning we went through 3 onesies, 4 burp clothes, and a bib in 20 minutes due to the amount of spit up. I don't know how she had anything left in her stomach.

Her 1 month appointment is on Friday so I do plan on bringing it up to her doctor then.
