😭😭 heart broken

Been to the doctors they done a test baring in mind am still 7 days away from period they done a pregnancy test and told me it was negative once I said it isn’t meant to come until 7 days he went they are pretty much accurate no matter what. Guess it’s not my rainbow baby just yet. 😭😭 so heart broken

Just took a test and i am pregant thank you everyone here to my rainbow baby
