:( need advice

I'm so fucking sad I don't know how to feel I'm 8 weeks 1 day pregnant I just started to have a weird brownish mucus type of discharge and today it's barely coming out with this discharge I had an ultrasound appointment today they couldn't find anything or a sac but they did the abdominal ultrasound and not the vaginal the lady made me take a pregnancy test there to make sure I was pregnant and she said it usually takes 3 minutes to show up but it showed up instantly so yes I am pregnant I have a appointment tomorrow with another ob/gyn I hope he can do a vaginal ultrasound and can find my baby and the sac :( I'm just super sad now I don't want to think negatively
