I have a bicorunate uterus.. two horns. pregnancy is in right horn. My hcg is 118,090 measuring 8w2d hesrt rate 157. I just have questions as to what exactly it is that is being pointed to on the image I have? Thanks for peaking :)

(what is that at the far left of baby and what is to far right looks like a black hole with smaller black holes off to side of amniotic sac and where is placenta?)
