Raspberry Leaf Tea? 🍂 🍵

Has anyone else used raspberry leaf tea to help prep for labor? Just ordered mine online, read a lot about how it helps “tone” your uterus.

I did! No way to know how it would have been otherwise, but I had a natural, drug free delivery at 38.5. I got to the birth center at 5:40 am at 5 cm, had her at 11:50am. I drank it during labor. Now my midwives were pretty clear that I need a good strong brew and to drink it 4 times a day. 
I bought loose leaf tea instead of the bagged (usually a little stronger) and would steel it about 30 minutes in huge quantities, then put some honey in it and put it in the fridge overnight so I could drink it iced. 
I honestly had to make it every other day from 36 weeks on so I could get enough, but I feel like it helped 🤷‍♀️
Also I feel like it really helped postpartum with my uterus shrinking quickly. By day 4 I could barely feel it. By my 1 week pp appointment it was fully back in place
