Was supposed to be ovulating according to Glow...

So January 10th I was supposed to be ovulating... But on January 8th I was told I had the H1N1 Swine Flu virus... could that have caused that 3 day bleed?? The 9th & 11th were spotting but the 10th was full blown heavy... Im really confused.. according to Glow my average cycle length is 21days. Can someone give me some feedback? (Stopped my Depo shot back in May if that means anything. I only recieved 2 shots then quit. So a total of 6 months on it).
