should i be wearing a panty liner to properly watch discharge ?

i was so leaky today but i also sweat a lot too in pelvic area ... 
i’m not a huge fan of liners lately or entire pregnancy . but should i wear them just to see proper color of discharge ... to see if it’s a mucus plug ??

I’m not a huge fan of them either but the ones I wear daily are the Kotex Barely There liners and they feel like nothing!

Nah you don’t need to do that. I only wear one so I don’t have to bring extra underwear to work. 😜

I’ve been wearing them for since 6 months 😑 so annoying but I was sick of changing my underwear twice a day! And yeah now that I’m closer to my due date it is nice to know I can easily see what’s going on with mucous plug and stuff!

I started wearing them this week because I didn’t want to be going through underwear so fast! The color of discharge and whether or not you’re losing a mucus plug won’t really tell you a whole lot (it doesn’t indicate when you’ll go into labor or anything), so I wouldn’t wear one just for that reason. I just recommend them to feel cleaner 🤷🏼‍♀️

I never wore them through all my pregnancies. You don't even have to keep an eye out for your mucus plug because losing it doesn't neccessarily mean you'll be going into labour soon. But if you lose it all at once, you'll know with or without a panty liner
