Baby Shower Host Gift

I am looking for ideas on what to get my MIL for a very nice thank you gift for hosting our baby shower! I know it’s a lot of work and money and I want to show her how much we appreciate it. I was thinking a nice gift basket but does anyone have ideas on what to include in it?
