Do I really need to use First morning urine?

I am 10 dpo and am wanting to test either tonight or tomorrow... thing is... I have an over active bladder and I pee at least 3 or 4 times a night.... so first morning urine really isn’t an option for me... any advice?

they say is most concentrate first morning,  but i got my BFP at 9DPO at around 6pm... sooo 🤷🏼‍♀️  i say go for it :)

I would say test when you have held it the longest... so you have a better chance to catch some hcg hormones😜✨🤞🏼baby dust to you getting your bfp!

So if I haven’t peed since about 4:45-5:00 I should be ok? Could I use Clear blue plus or Frer

I never used my first morning urine.

I think anytime is fine. I'm testing tomorrow morning at 12dpo but I've tested at night before and gotten a bfp. Dont think it matters much, just dont chug a bunch of water to make yourself pee, because then it wont be concentrated
