Could I be pregnant?

Question

So I have irregular periods, and I’ve been trying to get pregnant since August when I got off bc. 
I’m hoping this is my month! I got really really bad heartburn today that I usually don’t get!! I have sore nipples (not boobs just nipples).  I’m one day late, and probably symptom spotting lol. But do you think this could be my month? Could I be pregnant? Or am I just symptom spotting?

Could be either. Without some data or something to go off of there’s no way for us to know. Pms symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms are the same because they’re are driven by the same hormones.
