I have a smell...🙅🏽‍♀️ TMI

This may be a little tmi but I have a little bit of a smell down there..(my discharge smells a little fishy but NOT to bad) I don’t have any stds. I don’t drink a lot of water or exactly eat the best and I sometimes think that’s why. I’m also 13 weeks pregnant.

Any ideas of why I have this smell and ways to fix it??
