Does anybody temp? 6dpo and huge temp spike

This is my first time temping, I’ve been 98.4 consistently after ovulation and am now 6dpo and my temp shot up to 98.8. Does this mean anything? Af on her way?

It doesnt mean anything. a chart is great for an overall picture of the month but 1 temp on its own doesnt tell you anything (except the temp rise post ovulation). The temps should be consistently lower from CD1 through ovulation, then it will rise after ovulation and remain higher throughout your luteal phase. After 12+ days of luteal phase if your temp starts dropping back down, AF is likely coming. If it stays high past 14 days then you’re possibly pregnant. Hope this helps.

My temp dipped when I likely implanted, then spiked back up and stayed there. I'm 8 weeks now. 😊
