How many ultrasounds should you have?

I had my first one at the 8 week mark, measurements put me at 7w3d instead. The US tech they Probably wont see me back until week 20, is that normal to have that big of a gap between the 2? My first OB app is on Feb 6th.

Completly normal im going later today for my 3ed ultrasound bc of a low placenta and her kidneys were dilated and i will probley have more to watch her growth as she was in the 94th % tile for her gestaial age and bc im at risk for her getting stuck in the birth canale

I’ll just have two unless something comes up at the end. I had my first at 9w and I’ll have my second around 18-19w

Generally 12weeks and 20 weeks are standard for low risk

If you have no complications, it is. With my sons pregnancy, I was only offered the anatomy scan at 20 weeks. I found a clinic to do one for me at 8 weeks so I could see him but it isn’t that unusual to only get one or two. This pregnancy I will get a few since I had 2 miscarriages last year. Just depends.
