Excess mucus 🤢
Does anyone have mucus in their throat constantly? My nose isn’t running and I’m not sick but I feel like I’m constantly trying to clear my throat and am at a loss how to try and make it better. I read it can be because of excess estrogen. It’s driving me crazy! Any advice?
