Baby’s Father in delivery room

My baby’s father hasn’t been involved in my whole pregnancy. Our relationship is EXTREMELY TOXIC. We can not communicate with eachother. He hasn’t attended any Dr’s appointments. Hasn’t purchased one item for our baby and his family did not have a baby shower for our baby because I am choosing not to be his girlfriend (my choice). He is threatening me about being in the delivery room. I do not want him in there. He stresses me out so much I am getting anxiety even just writing this. Am I a bad person for not wanting him IN THERE? Does he HAVE to be in there? Will someone make him leave if he refuses? I am so stressed about this. I would love for him to be at the hospital when she’s born but just not in the delivery room. I feel like no one understands where I’m coming from..
