Heart palpitations?

Is anyone else having heart palpitations? I’m 36 weeks 4 days and I get this feeling out of no where that I can’t catch my breath and my heart starts racing, when I check it it’s around 134 pulses/min but my blood pressure stays around 114/56-120/70. It freaks me out cause it feels like a panic attack, but I’m not panicking or stressed..?!

Get your iron checked this is a symptom of iron deficiency and bub is sucking every last bit from you at this stage! Xx

Yup. Happens to me all the time for at least a month now. Our hearts are enlarging to accommodate the extra blood but until it reaches capacity , our hearts have to work overtime. Just breath through it. I also will put and ice pack on my face and that seems to make me feel better 😬
