Question for people who have tried MACA! 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱
If you’ve used maca, how did it effect your cycle? First cycle using it and I think I am ovulating almost 10 days earlier than normal and I think I’m experiencing ovulation spotting which I have never had before. Not using opks this cycle.
