I've been having several pregnancy symptoms  for 3 weeks but I haven't gotten a positive test yet. I want to wait until next week to take a test. My question is, should I tell him that I might be pregnant or wait?

I’m in the same boat, he’s impatient and wants to schedule trips for some marathons he wants to do and idk whether to tell him so we can find out for sure or just wait myself and risk having to cancel a trip
