TTC 6 days late

I am 6 days late I took a test the day I was supposed to start and if I zoom in closely I can see a vvvvfl but I can’t tell in all honesty I have had cramps on and off, I have slept for the 2 weeks until 12 or until 1, not hungry, dry mouth when I wake up, I also got hit really hard with a sinus infection and never have been sick like that before, when I sleep on my sides and my hips go numb and it wakes me up at night. What is going on? Has anyone had these issues when they first got pregnant?
