Please help!
So I recently got a menstrual cup, and it’s really cool and all. However, taking it out is the most painful thing ever. I try to break the seal, but it still ends up sucking up the sides of me and I have to rip it out, and oof it’s honestly horrible. What do I do to make it an easier process??
