My 6 week old is dealing with baby acne but i noticed his ear is a little swollen and has some yellow crusty flakes...is this the baby acne or what??

My babe has that as well. The doc told me it's seborrhea (cradle cap). They can get it all over their bodies.  The doc said when it gets like that to use 1% hydrocortisone cream very lightly til it's cleared up. I wash my son's face, ears, neck and head with warm water in the morning and put cetaphil baby lotion on, and then just wash it with water for his evening bath and lotion again at night and it's kept his skin clear for the most part. Try to avoid using soap as it will dry it out and make it worse. Coconut oil also works as a daily thing!
