Hsg is good. Talk to me about timing of iui

We go in next week for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>. I usually get a positive opk cd 11-12. I think they are having me trigger next Wednesday (cd12) and coming in Friday morning for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>. Is that normal?
