Gaining weight!!
So I’ve been on metformin for around 7 years and all was going well, i went down to a size 18 after being a size 24.... the past year I’ve been eating the same as I was before if anything less fast foods.. but I’m starting to gain the weight again.... any advice... I’ve been to the doctors and they have referred me to the dietitian and they haven’t really helped... I need help
