Potty training at 18 months?

Has anyone tried to this early and it was successful? How did you start potty training and how did you go about it? Any tips?

For us I got a potty seat around 18mo and let my little guy sit on it through out the day to get comfortable around it. I also would put him on it first thing in the morning without a diaper. He didn’t really catch on until he was two but the slow progression helped get him comfortable. When he did go on the potty I gave him an m&m, made it easier to get him interested. Good luck!
