Birth control effectiveness?

I’m going to be getting the implant next month. Nexplanon. I’m 16, have fairly normal cycles, and have been having sex for roughly two years. I know little to nothing about how this will affect my body. Can he cum in me? Should I use two methods? Thanks in advance.

You won’t know how it will affect your body until you get it, it’s different for everybody. For me it caused me to bleed/spot all the time so I had to get it removed.
The implant is more than 99% effective it’s up there in the most effective forms of birth control which I why I got it because we didn’t want to use condoms anymore. So no, you don’t need to use another form of birth control but you can if it puts your mind at ease. Continue to use condoms if your partner hasn’t been tested because it doesn‘t protect against STI’s or STD’s. 
I hope it works for you because I wish it worked for me, it’s a little bit uncomfortable getting it in and taken out but it’s worth it. No hormonal birth control worked for me so we gave up and now are using the pull out method (not something I would recommend for those who can’t handle a wee surprise)
