For me the easiest way was me laying on one of my sides with whatever leg was on the top pulled up to my chest. And then he would put some lube on his finger and insert it analy and then another finger.. you should use lots of lube and go slow. I also found it helpful if I reached behind me and and controlled how fast or slowly he entered me and how hard he could go once he was in.
